Located in a gated cul-de-sac in the West Village, Patchin Pl consists of 11 Townhouses. The initial gut renovation project that is in the works for 1 Patchin Pl. will set the framework for the remaining townhouses.

 

The project consists of two parts, the design and renovation of each townhouse and the master plan to repair and restore the historical street & its entrance.
